Only getting some XM stations?

Hello,

I'm renting a Pontiac G6 and I can only seem to select from about 10
XM stations by turning the dial. Does the car only get a subset of
stations for some reason?

Most likely it's not subscribed. Sirius/XM is offering previews during the
month of December and that is most likely what you're getting.
