sirius stiletto 100 worth it?

I was considering the Stiletto 100 until I heard it doesn't work
indoors. In their user manual it states this on page 22. (For example
walking through the mall, or hiking through a thick forest, or working
out at the gym - all obstruct a clear view of the sky and offer no
external antenna hookup.)

Anyone with experience using this player who can verify this to be
true?

If you can't be clear to a satallite, you won't get reception. This
happens with the XM Pioneer, as well.

BTW, don't buy any new equipment until this merger business is
settled.

Thanks for the info. I'm put off on the Stiletto due to lack of
reception but also due to it's size and wieght. I've heard from others
that when running or working out, it tends to slip down the arm band,
or in the case of a belt clip, pull your shorts down.

As to the equipment, I have a Sportster 4 I have not yet installed or
activated. Is there any reason to wait on activating it?
