Updating what Airdale reported above, the Wall Street Journal reports
that the critical 3rd vote has come down to approve the Merger.

Current subscriber prices will be frozen for the next 3 years as part
of the agreement.

For my money this is good news: better One satellite radio signal
than None at all... and those are the remaining choices.
