My Helix quit recording XM Radio?

Did I miss something, or did XM make it so I cannot record anything on the
Helix recently?

I hit "Record Song" and it acts like it is recording, but it isn't there.
Nor are any other recorded songs or stations. I can still listen to thr
radio portion, just no more recordings.

If this is part of the loss of some lawsuit, I may give up the Helix as I
had it only or recording things I miss.

I don't own a Helix but my MyFi won't play back the songs I record
sometimes so I take the battery out for a minute or press the reset button
and it works fine.This happens once about every two months.

Thanks. That did it! I took the battery out for maybe 2 hours, snapped it
back in, and it records and "plays back" the recording again.
