Satellite Radio for Regular Stereo Receiver?

I would like to listen to satellite radio through my regular somewhat
old ONKYO TX-SV545 audio / video receiver.

Can you even buy a SIRIUS tuner that can interface with RCA
connections on the back?

What are my options?

I thought you could get a "home kit" for any satellite radio receiver. I had
one for my Starmate. Cheesy as hell, but it worked.
