Hello,

Got the following e-mail.

Is this a legitimate msg from XM ?

If so, confusing, as they have just been charging my credit card
automatically each month.

Thanks,

B.

That sounds like a legitimate message that I've received in the past (my
bank issued a new debit card, and I forgot to update my account).
However, if you're really not sure, don't click any links in the email.

Go to xmradio.com, click the Your Account link in the upper right, and
sign in. You can view your account status and provide a credit card from
there. It's possible that there is just a glitch in the system that
prevented authorization, and I think you can re-authorize payment from
the site.

Otherwise, call listener care at 1-800-XM-RADIO.
