I PAY for a subscription for XM.

202 is an EXTREME Language channel & is labeled as such.

The FCC has no jurisdiction in space.

O&A weren't the ones who made the comment.

Why are they suspended? To appease investors?

I'm thinking I want to cancel my subscription.

I know. Makes you wonder what "uncensored" really means in XMspeak.

You're not alone: www.cancelxm.com
Last I heard, there was something like 38,000 cancellations.
That's close to half a million dollars per month lost to corporate
wishy-washiness.

It's funny... I have no use whatsoever for garbage like O&A's show. But the
extreme idiocy of XM wanting to advertise "uncensored" channels, and then
not wanting anything worth censoring to happen on them is just... well,
it's our society in a nutshell.

I PAY for a subscription for Comcast

Comcast has EXTREME Language channels that are labeled as such.

The FCC does have some jurisdiction over what they spew out (no penis shots
on Howard TV right ?
not sure about adult channels)

Shock Jocks get suspended so that Comcast/Direct TV and also XM/Sirius can
keep the Government regulators
out of their affairs (forcing some new decency standards on them). Regulate
yourself or get regulated.
This is not a Free Speech issue. More like a decency issue.

You are free to cancel your subscription.
