explicit content didn't wake you or your wacko wife up? Let me guess,

I've had XM for a few years now, and figured out which channels I want to
listen to and which ones I don't pretty quick. It's not rocket science.
But if you've tuned in to an unpleasant channel by accident, just re-tune it
back to where it needs to be. There's no need for you to listen to
Howard's or Opie's crap for hours on end just so you can see how awful it
gets. Of course it's awful, and one of these days the earth is going to
open up underneath them and swallow them up whole. And then XM will fill
that channel with 24 hours of accordian music.

Ya, there's no need to torment yourself with unpleasant radio programs.
There's lots of good stuff there . . .
So, as the Good Book recommends in Phillipians chapter 4 verse 8:

"Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are
honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever
things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any
virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."

Me, I like Channel 4 (music from the 1940's). What do you like?
Other folks like trash, they might consider our favorites trash. So who's
gonna get to kick other folk's trash off the radio?
Since there's plenty of bandwith for everyone's trash and treasure, I say,
let it all get broadcast. We're all old enough to tune our own radios.
Plus, if you get really desperate, you can call XM up and have them block
certain channels on your radio (for free, too!).

So, mind your own business, mind your own radio.
