The following was copied from the XM site:
____________________________________________________________________________

O&A fans who may have cancelled service as a result of the suspension, XM
will waive the reactivation fee (normally $14.99) through June 30th. Please
note that this offer is only available by calling 1-800-XMRADIO to
reactivate.

I didn't bail out and cancel my subscription, but I feel the only people
that were suspended were the users, not O&A.

I don't claim to know what their contracts say, but I doubt if the
suspension was "Without pay"
So the net result was O&A got to go home early each day (not having to do
the"extra" XM show and we got the shaft.

I love my XM (like crack) once you can pause and replay your radio, you can
go back to FM, but ALL other aspects of XM BLOW, Their customer service
ranks about at the same level as a Wal-Mart on a welfare check Friday, and
the business side is all about getting NEW subs rather than those who
continue to pay month after month.

Reality Check: you can talk about a guy who died by getting humped by a
horse, but Humping the Sec.of State is TABOO....

Really? When did they improve it? When dealing with their off shore
call centers (and even the ones in the States and Canada) I'd KILL for
service as good as a bad Wal-Mart.

I've had numerous problems with them and have never, ever gotten a
straight answer or a complete resolution of seemingly simple problems.
It's always a hassle.

I finally gave up when they got "close enough."

As the extended subscriptions for my units expired, they are not
renewed. Two down, two to go.
I have the right to remain silent

Pardon me, but the Secretary looks like she could use a stiff one, and
I don't mean alcohol.
