Can Sirius and XM Accounts be combined

I have both Sirius and XM accounts. Is it possible to combine these
accounts yet so I don't have to pay two dual $12.95 primary accounts?

I shouldn't think so. Sirius Canada and XM Canada are different
entities from their US counterparts. No merger in Canada yet, if ever.
